Welcome to the Rich Country Farmhouse
We are located in New York State's Great Western Catskills near the village of Hobart, New York. The property is situated along the Catskill Scenic Trail, a very special 26+ mile trail where you can enjoy a country setting with rolling hills, farm fields and more. The Rich Country Farmhouse is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle and relax.
The property, owned by the Rich Family for five generations, is home to a farmhouse with room for six guests and that is fully equipped for your vacation - take a few minutes and check out what we offer.

Three bedrooms of comfort, any season
Stay in our our clean and comfortable four season private home offering three bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.
The bedroom configuration is a queen size bed on the first floor, 2 twin beds on the first floor and a queen size bed on the second floor.
Everything You'll Need
Cooking, dining, relaxing, we have everything you will need.
Put your feet up and relax in our cozy living room with a 50" smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There are plenty of cooking pans & utensils, plates, glasses and silverware. The kitchen also has a breakfast nook. In addition, there is a dining room, with the perfect table for six guests. During the warmer months we have an air conditioner on the first floor.

We encourage you to take advantage of all that Delaware County has to offer.
Take a relaxing hike, bike, stroll, cross-country ski on the Catskill Scenic Trail. Delaware County is lucky to have this amazing rail bed preserved forever as a beautiful biking and hiking trail for its residents and guests. The trail is right alongside our property and is the perfect way to enjoy the clean country air.

The Rental in the Heart of it all
Hobart is home to Book Village, an adorable collection of small independent book stores which host of a variety of events all year long. There is also fantastic shopping in Hobart at places like the Sheep's Nest and Second Wind Furniture & Antiques. We are also just a drive away from ski mountains, golf courses, farmer's markets and hiking trails. There is so much to do in Delaware County.

Our Rates
Here is what you can expect when staying at Rich Country Farmhouse
Standard Rates:
$175/night - Sunday through Thursday nights.
$200/night - Friday and Saturday nights.
$100 cleaning fee.
2% Delaware County occupancy tax on total amount of stay.
Please note that rates and minimum stay may be different during the Baseball Hall of Fame weekend in July.
Dogs are allowed (maximum number - 2). Please plan on crating your dog if you leave them in the house when you're not there.
