$100 for groups of 4-6 guests

A deposit of 30% of the total rental for first time renters is required to reserve the farmhouse and must be received within a week of making the reservations.

Bookings are not considered final until the deposit is received.

Payment may be made by personal check or money order.  Credit cards are also accepted through Pay Pal (3% surcharge).

The remaining amount is due upon arrival.

We do allow dogs -- if they are well-behaved and don't chase cats.   There is a small additional fee if you'd like to bring your dog to the farm ($25 per dog for a weekend, $50 per dog for a week or more).

Local phone service is available.  Cell phone service isn't always reliable, so please bring a phone card for long distance calls.

And, while we provide a TV with a DVD/VCR player, television reception is limited to three channels on a good day!   Sorry, but there's no cable TV out here in the country!

Check-in/check-out times for a typical weekend are Friday mid/late afternoon to Sunday afternoon.  We can be flexible with these times if you're flexible with our cleaning schedule.  Depending on reservations, there may be times when we require specific check-in/check-out times to allow us to prepare for incoming guests.

Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the porch.
